Leadership Team
Bobby Sagoo, CEO and Leader of Enertics believes in “Transformational Leadership and Culture of Transparency & Collaboration”.
He started his Leadership Journey 22 years ago with ABB and General Electric T&D Industry. His experience spans over Product Management, Strategy, Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering, Business Operations & Lean Six-Sigma and has launched and expanded several successful product lines including, Microgrid controls and packaged solutions for grid automation, protection, and control applications.
In the field of Research and Facilitation, Bobby has been a frequent speaker at various national and international industry conferences and symposiums, and his work in the foregoing fields has been published in multiple conferences and IEEE journal publications.

VARINDER S. SEMBHI
CTO
Varinder brings 20+ years of Delivery Management and Information Management experience to Enertics. He specializes in Data Management, Data Governance, and Analytics. His professional milestones include working with global companies such as RBC, Manulife Financial, Accenture, GE Healthcare and Consumer Finance, Morgan Stanley, Alcatel and Fidelity Financial Solutions, and Bell Canada. In his role as a leader in the global age of innovation where new technologies are evolving at a very fast pace, he has excellently managed global teams and achieved to manage Large Scale Data and Business Intelligence Initiatives.
Varinder believes that in today’s world, Innovation and technology are the most important pillars for any Organization’s success. “At Enertics we want to build a strong team of highly motivated technology enthusiasts to develop and construct simple and pragmatic solutions for Industry and contribute in wave of industry 4.0.”

DR. TARLOCHAN S. SIDHU

Tarlochan S. Sidhu holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has over 30 years of experience working in industry and academia. He has published extensively in technical journals and conference proceedings as well contributing to patents, technical guides, and standards. Dr. Sidhu’s efforts have been recognized in the form of various paper awards and fellowships including Fellow of the IEEE and Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. He has delivered tutorials and invited lectures at conferences and to industrial houses worldwide. He has provided consulting to a wide range of industries worldwide.
Vikram presently is the CEO and Co-founder of Wify, an innovative venture in assembly and installation. As a business leader with a global track record across multiple industries, he has scaled up and transformed several businesses as a Founder and consultant. His strategy towards transforming business has been to focus on a plan, but remain biased for action, develop a hypothesis, run quick pilots and most importantly always validate and be ready for change with a more reflective, long term and agile plan of action.
Vikram is a graduate in industrial engineering and manufacturing engineering and an MBA from the Harvard University. He has held leadership positions as MD and CEO of Husco hydraulics India, MD and CEO of BP Ergo Limited, Consultant with McKinsey and more in various industries including Automotive, Transportation, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology.
As a transformational leader he believes, “Everything in this world happens twice, first in your mind then in real”, so whatever I want to happen I first get it done in my head.”
As Business Advisor for Enertics he says that ‘iOT powered by software is changing the world, and Enertics has developed strong capability in that direction.’

As the Executive Director for Haltech, part of the Regional Innovation Centre network in Ontario, Shann and her team are focused on the growth of startups and scaling up innovation companies. She understands the entrepreneurial mindset firsthand, having operated her own software and consulting company focusing on talent and successful collaborations. She brings a collaborative and strategic attitude, as well as years of expertise managing the education customer sector, consulting, and operational leadership roles at Microsoft.
A 30-year Technology industry veteran, and executive at Toronto-based, Semiconductor company Vix’s Systems, for more than a decade, John is a serial entrepreneur. In 2017 he co-founded PLAYEN Inc. and in 2020 Co-Founded Wrmth.ca meanwhile in 2019, he also joined the Venture Growth advisory team at Canada’s venture LAB, mentoring dozens of companies through their early growth, fundraising, and customer engagement; particularly working with hardware companies as part of the Hardware Catalyst Initiative.
