Bobby gained an extensive 22 Years T&D industry experience in areas of Product management, strategy, commercial marketing, application engineering, business operations and Lean Six-Sigma from working in leadership roles with prestigious power systems organizations, ABB and General Electric.
Bobby developed and implemented a novel technique to detect and locate low level arcing faults in metal clad switchgear and dry type transformers for his research & development work at the Power Systems Research Group at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. During his professional career, he led start-up and growth for numerous product lines including Microgrid controls, MV metal clad switchgear retrofit solutions and packaged solutions for grid automation, protection & control applications. Bobby is a frequent speaker at national and international industry conferences and symposiums; and has published numerous conference and IEEE journal papers for his work in above areas.
Bobby was awarded an Institute Medal for his work in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering program at the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, India. He also holds a M.Sc. Electrical Engineering degree from University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Vikram is a business leader with a global track record across multiple industries. He has scaled up and transformed several businesses as a consultant as well a general manager.
He was the MD and CEO of BP Ergo Limited and led a performance transformation program at the company leading to a financial exit for the shareholders. Prior to BP Ergo, Vikram was MD and CEO of Husco hydraulics India, a subsidiary of $500 million global company headquartered in Milwaukee, USA.
Before joining Husco, Vikram was a consultant with McKinsey and Company and was based in Cleveland-OH. During his time at McKinsey, Vikram worked with clients in various industries including Automotive, Transportation, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology. He has been involved in the design, commissioning, transformation or running of over 100 manufacturing facilities around the world. He also has been a trainer for lean-manufacturing and six-sigma methodologies. Vikram started his career as a project engineer with Asea Brown Boveri in 1997.
Vikram is an engineer by training with an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from the Thapar University, a graduate degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Harvard University.

Dr. Tarlochan S. Sidhu is the Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Ontario Institute Of Technology, Oshawa, Canada. Dr. Sidhu provides his advise and guidance to Enertics from over 39 years of research, development, teaching and mentoring experience in the power system protection, control and automation area. Dr. Sidhu has served as the Professor and Department Chair for the Electrical Engineering department at the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada. He also served as the Professor and Chair of the Electrical & Computer Engineering department at the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada. He held the NSERC/Hydro One Networks Senior Industrial Research Chair in Power Systems Engineering.
Dr. Sidhu has published over 250 papers in various national & international journals and conferences, and some of these papers have won major awards. The techniques, technologies and algorithms described in his research publications are being used in various commercial products for monitoring and protection of electrical equipment. He also holds patents in the area of protection and monitoring of power system elements. He currently serves as the Editor-in- Chief of the International Journal of Emerging Electric Power Systems, and has served as an Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery and that of IEEE Power Engineering Letters.
Dr. Sidhu’s scientific and engineering contributions have been recognized by various fellowships; he is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (U.K), a Fellow of the Engineering Institution of Canada, a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (USA).

Varinder brings 20+ years of delivery management and Information Management experience to Enertics. He specializes in Data Management, Data Governance and Analytics. He has helped organizations with defining and implementing data initiatives including ingestion, reporting, access, privacy and governance practices.
Varinder has worked with global companies such as RBC, Manulife Financial, Accenture, GE Healthcare and Consumer Finance, Morgan Stanley, Alcatel and Fidelity Financial Solutions and Bell Canada. His vast experience in the data space in these global enterprises positions him to assess data maturity and deliver a pragmatic plan to achieve any organization’s desired goals for data. He has a track record of managing complex and large-scale data warehouse and BI projects and has led global teams in his various roles. He has a keen interest in Advance Analytics, Cloud technologies, Ontology, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management and related fields.
Varinder is an engineer by training and also earned his Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Varinder is active in the Toronto Data community and currently volunteering as Vice President of IRMAC (Toronto chapter of international data organization www.DAMA.org ).
